We had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The staff were excellent and the breakfast was delicious with local products. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive and the hotel facilities were great. The location was perfect for visiting the local area and parking was easy.

We had a great time staying at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, close to all the attractions. We loved dining at the restaurant in the evening, the food was delicious and the ambiance was very cozy. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff provided excellent room service. The highlight of our stay was definitely the friendly and attentive staff, who went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay. we highly recommend this place to friends.

the hotel is close to the waterfall and other attractions in the Edessa area. the room was spacious, clean and comfortable, while the breakfast was tasty with homemade jams and fresh omelets. We also enjoyed the great service provided by the friendly staff.
The hotel's lighting felt quite outdated and could have benefited from a bit of improvement.

Friendly staff. Close to Edessa. If you have anything to do in this area it is a good base.
Common areas are not air conditioned or it was switched off during my stay (e.g. lobby, breakfast room was hot even 7:00 am). A bit expensive for a countryside hotel.

Spent Xmas here with my family. The hotel is located in a great area with easy access to nearby hot springs. The staff was very welcoming and friendly, even giving us complimentary drinks upon arrival. The rooms were cozy and nicely decorated with Xmas adornments. Breakfast had a variety of options and was quite enjoyable. We were pleased to find out the hotel had a pool since we needed to keep the kids entertained. The small gym on the premises was also a plus.
The hotel was a bit noisy due to its proximity to the road. The pillows were too flat and not very comfortable.
